Limited Warranty for Right Hausen Flashlights:
1. Warranty Coverage
Right Hausen warrants that its flashlights are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. What This Warranty Covers
During the Warranty Period, if a flashlight is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, Right Hausen will, at its sole discretion:
•  Repair the defective product at no charge, or
•  Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model.
This warranty does not cover:
•  Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, water exposure (unless the product is explicitly rated as waterproof), or improper handling.
•  Normal wear and tear, including batteries or other consumable parts.
•  Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or modified by the customer.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim under this warranty, contact Right Hausen at : info@righthausen.ca , within the Warranty Period and provide:
•  Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
•  A description of the defect.
•  The original product in its packaging, if possible.
Right Hausen reserves the right to inspect the product to determine eligibility. Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
4. Limitations
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Newfoundland and Labrador’s Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act, which includes implied warranties that the product is of merchantable quality and fit for its intended purpose for a reasonable period. This warranty does not exclude or limit those statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, Right Hausen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Refunds are not offered under this warranty unless required by applicable law.
